Elizabeth "Betty" Beaulieu, a retired employee of research and development at Avon Products in Suffern, N.Y., died on May 2, 2017 in New Paltz. She was 82. The daughter of the late John and Josephine Diamond Grapsky, she was born on February 12, 1935 in Port Chester, N.Y. Betty was a volunteer at Horton Memorial Hospital and a former member of St. Joseph Church in Middletown. Survivors include her daughter Lisa Rowe and her husband David of Kingston, N.Y. Her grandchildren Elizabeth Stiert and her husband Devin of Mass.; Cameron Dennett and his wife Megan of Kingston, N.Y. Kenneth Ryan Beaulieu and Michael Beaulieu both of Conn. Her great-grandchildren Landon Dennett and Ander Stiert and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Ralph and her sons Robert and Kenneth. Visitation hours will be held on Friday May 5, 2017 from 4-7 P.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, N.Y. Graveside services will be held on Saturday May 6, 2017 at 10 A.M. at St. Joseph Cemetery Middletown, New York. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Assn.
