Elaine Durma

Elaine D. Durma Chester, New York Elaine D. Durma, a former employee of Amscam and Ames in Chester and longtime resident of the area, died Tuesday September 4, 2012 at Schervier Pavilion in Warwick. She was 70. The daughter of the late Raymond and Eleanor Johnson Kincaid, she was born on October 23, 1941 in Cornwall, New York. Elaine is survived by her children: Debra Sladewski & her husband Thomas of Madrid, NY; James Durma & his wife Kim of Mt. Hope, NY; Patricia Miller & her husband Timothy of Chester and William Durma of Pine Bush. She is also survived by her brother: Richard Kincaid & his wife Mary of Chester; her grandchildren: Kristin; Thomas; Daniel; Benjamin; Kathleen; Ashley; Jessica; Matthew; Sara, Gwendolyn & Kimberly; as well as nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Friday September 7, 2012 from 5-8 PM at the Lippincott Funeral Home, Inc. 92 Main Street Chester. A graveside service will be held on Saturday September 8, 2012 at 10 AM at the Chester Cemetery, Chester, N.Y. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the American Cancer Society.
