Dominick Annese Middletown, New York Dominick Annese, a retired child care worker at Goshen Secure Center and lifelong resident of the area died Sunday April 27, 2014 at Orange Regional Medical Center. He was 90. The son of the late Gaspero and Filomena Carmine Annese, he was born June 18, 1923 in Middletown, NY. He was the widower of Anna Annese, his loving wife of 68 years. He was a WWII veteran of the US Coast Guard; a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church; a member of the BPOE Lodge 1097; a 64 year member of the Waalkill Engine Co.; a member of the Middletown Fire Police ; a member of the Peace Officers Association and a member of CSEA. Dominick is survived by his children: Louis Annese and his wife Terri of Otisville, NY; Patricia Clark and her husband Charles of Middletown and Michael Annese of Middletown. He is further survived by his grandchildren: David Annese and his wife Maureen of Bushkill, PA; Michele Pacciarelli and her husband James of Highland Mills, NY; Jennifer Givner and her wife Jara; as well as 9 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 4-7 PM on Thursday May 1, 2014 at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main Street Middletown, NY. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 on Friday May 2, 2014 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Middletown. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Middletown.
