Cindy Atkinson

Cindy D. Atkinson Middletown, New York Cindy D. Atkinson, an employee of Empire Blue Cross Insurance and longtime resident of the area, died Thursday April 11, 2013 at Orange Regional Medical Center. She was 56. The daughter of the late George and Lillian Kaetor Callihan, she was born December 31, 1956 in Monticello, New York. Survivors include her husband, Archie M. Atkinson; her sister, Linda; her niece, Sabrina; her aunt, Irene and her husband Bob and her cousin, Karen Wilkerson.
