Beverly Estelle Skinner a lifelong resident of Middletown, NY passed away on Friday March 23, 2018. She was 86 years old. The daughter of the late Reginald Reakes and Estelle Rogers Reakes was born on March 5, 1932 in Middletown, N.Y. Beverly was the beloved wife of Harry Newell Skinner Jr. who predeceased her. Beverly was a retired customer service representative for Orange and Rockland Utilities in Spring Valley, NY. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star for over 60 years. She loved to cook and travel. She will be missed by all who knew her. Graveside services were held in Mt. Hope Plains Cemetery in Otisville, N.Y.
