Albert James Randolph Sr.

Middletown, New York

On Wednesday, February 21, 2018 Albert James Randolph Sr. of Middletown NY was called home to rest.

Son to the late Gordon and Charlottee Mae Valentine. Survived by brothers Richard, Edward and Tony 

Valentine. Albert, also known to many as “JuneBug” was an extraordinary husband, father, grandfather,

brother, uncle and friend. Widowed to Diana Elizabeth Randolph, Father to nine children, Thecla

Lawson, Teannee Alves, Talkini Alves, Predeceased children Tuesday Blair, Tymmogene and Tanekianday

Albert Randolph Jr., Venida Randolph and Anthony Randolph of Louisiana.

Survived by grandchildren Jarrand Alves, Trichna Lawson, Dewitt Dolson, Ashana Lawson, Chynara Han,

Timika Dolson, Ty-Jene Lawson, Charlanee Alves, Jyonte Lewis. and 11 great grandchildren of

Middletown NY as well as 6 grandchildren and 1 preceeded grandchild of Louisiana, with a total of 18

Grandchildren combined. On Behalf of the family, Uncle JuneBug and Dee Dee we would like to Thank

Ms. RikkiLynn Pearson for all her support, assistance and love of family and to nieces Keva, Rhonda, Asia

Myya and Tharicia as well. Uncle “JuneBug” had many nieces and nephews abroad that he very much

adored.

Mr. Randolph worked for many years for the Archdiocese of NY. He began career with the

service to children with Pius X11 of Sugar Loaf NY, and retiring at St. Christopher’s, Inc.

April 16, 2010 after 17 years of exemplary service. 

There will not be any services. A memorial gathering will take place at The Hudson Valley Conference

Center in Newburgh, NY, Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 2:00 P.M.
