Obituary of Robert Allen Collins

Robert Allen Collins of Port Jervis, a retired mechanic and longtime resident of the area, died on February 23, 2018 in Catskill Regional Medical Center. He was 73.

The son of the late Arthur Alvin Collins and Katherine Enright Collins, he was born on May 28, 1944 in New York City.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Survivors include his wife of 48 years Nancy Collins at home. His children Bobbie Jo Dore of Greenville, N.Y. and Robert Collins II and his fiancé Olga Sandoval of New Windsor, N.Y. His granddaughter Arianne Dore of Greenville. His sisters Mildred Houck and Helen Santos both of Middletown and his brother James Worden of Elmira and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation hours will be held on Thursday March 1, 2018 from 6-8 P.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, N.Y.

Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
