Shane M. Smith, a former Field Inspector for National Field Service in Suffern, NY and lifelong resident of the area passed away Wednesday November 22, 2017 unexpectedly at home. He was 47. The son of the late Edward Smith and Donna Jean Hoyt Smith, he was on November 12, 1970 in Middletown, New York. He was an avid Miami Dolphins Fan. Survivors include his wife and high school sweetheart Margarita Mendoza Smith at home. His three children Shane M. Smith Jr.; Demetria Smith (his twin) and Alayna Smith all at home. His granddaughter Cameron Smith. His loving mother Donna Jean Smith of Middletown. His brothers Darren Smith; Clint Smith and Damion Brown. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews and he didn't have any friends they were all his other brothers and sisters. He was predeceased by his father Edward Smith. Visitation hours will be held on Monday November 27, 2017 from 10A.M. -12 Noon with a Funeral Service at 12 Noon at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, N.Y.
