Elva Y. Pagan of Middletown, a retired bookkeeper for Levin Crosstown Supply in Bronx, N.Y. and a longtime resident of the area, died on June 29, 2017 at her home. She was 91. The daughter of the late Pedro and Mary Amaro Ythier, she was born on April 24, 1926 in New York, New York. She was a member of St. Joseph Church in Middletown, N.Y. Survivors include her children Adelaide Pagan; Margaret Hassler and her husband William both of Middletown; Wilson P. Pagan of Fajardo, Puerto Rico; Henry N. Pagan and his wife Martha of Middletown and John D. Pagan and his wife Judy of Bullville. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; her two nieces and one great nephew and many cousins and her lifelong childhood friends. Visitation hours will be held on Sunday July 2, 2017 from 2-7 P.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, New York. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday July 3, 2017 at 11 A.M. at St. Joseph Church 149 Cottage St. Middletown, N.Y. Burial will be in Wallkill Cemetery Town of Wallkill, N.Y. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Orange and Sullivan Counties 800 Stony Brook Ct. Newburgh, N.Y. 12550.
