Joseph F. Moliterno of Middletown, the former Local President of United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, died on February 4, 2017 in Bon Secours Hospital in Port Jervis. He was 75. The son of the late Joseph and Julia Ruggiero Moliterno, he was born on July 22, 1941 in Middletown, New York. He was a member and the chairman of the Planning Board of the Town of Wallkill for 25 years. He was an avid photographer, fisherman , pet lover and practical joker. He was a beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend to all who knew him. Survivors include his former wife Roberta Hardy of Wilmington, N.C.; his three sons Joseph E. and Robert C. both of Middletown and Daniel J. and his wife Dina of Westbrookville. His sister Rosemarie Jaccarino and her husband Anthony of Middletown. His six grandchildren R.J.; Mercedes; Alex; Lucia; Francesca and Gabriel and his nieces and nephews. Visitation hours will be held on Sunday February 19, 2017 from 2-5 P.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, N.Y.
