Obituary of Rachelle M. Shipps

Rachelle M. Shipps, an RN for Greenwood Lake Elementary School and longtime resident of the area passed away Sunday November 20, 2016 at home. She was 31. The daughter of Susan Sanders, she was born April 16, 1985 in Pompton Plains, New Jersey. Rachelle was also a coach for Volleyball, Softball, Basketball and T-ball. She was a Girl Scout leader as well as a volunteer for the Greenwood Lake Ambulance Corp. In addition she worked many fundraisers in Haskell, NJ and Greenwood Lake, NY, always helping those in need. Survivors include her mother: Susan Sanders; her two brothers: John and Charles Shipps; her aunts: Beverly; Debbie and Terri; her great-aunt: Maryanne; several nieces and nephews and her best friends: Annmarie Sabarese; Lisa Padilla; Devon Morris and Ally Kins.
